I planted some windflowers but can't remember if this was in the mix.
Is this a weed or flower?

Garlic Mustard-invasive alien. Pull and destroy immediately before it sets seed.

I hope you pulled it by now, if not do it today! Bag the seed heads and put them in the trash otherwise there's a good possibility next year this weed will be spread across a large section of your planting.

Thank you so much, I might have missed my opportunity to pull them :(

Do you know if there is a consulting firm that would do a quick weed identification for a homeowner?
We live in minneapolis and are trying to manage a large landscaped yard...

Check with your local Land-Grant University County Extension agent or local County weed control person for ID. When taking them a sample make sure it is fresh and complete-roots, stems, flowers, etc.
