Is this Wild Hyacinth?

Larkspur3September 14, 2013

Hoping this is the correct forum for my inquiry. I'm new, here. Recently I was taking some pictures around a horticultural garden and I'm not sure which kind of flower this is. Coming across pictures online of wild hyacinths, they appear similar, but I'm not sure if what I have photographed here is that or another?

Russian sage?
Nepeta in a late-stage bloom?

Hard to tell without more and better pics. Almost surely not any form of hyacinth though.
