I have been trying to find white or pink wisteria (mainly white) cuttings, but if i do find some i need to know how to make it root. any help?
Cuttings should be at least 2 joints. Make sure one joint is in the soil. This is where it will root. This time of year keep area above freezing(greenhouse). lightly water over once a day. Keep in a sunny location and not under tables or in shade.
I would layer the vine tips for 4-6 weeks.
Cut the outer bark 1/2 to 3/4 long, 2 inches from the end of the vine. Put the cut in a shallow trench, cover & place a small rock over it to keep the cutting in place.
Remove from mother vine when rooted & pot.
