lipstick plant

cittieMarch 14, 2006

Hi everyone,

I've been getting frustrated trying to find out how to

propagate my lipstick plant. I don't know if I should do it

by cutting or other methods. Could you please help me find out?

Thankyou

Cuttings work well... take tip cuttings apply 0.1% IBA (rooting hormone) stick in well drained soil & mist. If in market packs use 3-4 cuttings per plug. If in a hanging basket use 15-20 cuttings.

ABOUT 10 DAYS. NO SIGN OF ANY ROOTS YET. THANKS
