rooting salpiglossis cuttings?

aniya(z5 IN)April 19, 2009

Has anyone had success rooting cuttings of Salpiglossis? My seedlings were about 5 inches tall and needed to be pinched back so I put the cuttings in water but thus far no roots. I wondered if anyone else has done this or if it is an effort in futility. Aniya
