transplant grown habaneros

mikesfarmJuly 4, 2009

I have 3 habaneros that each have perhaps 1 doz peppers that the peppers are turning yellow (maturing). The plants are less than a foot tall and not doing very well in their current spot. They are in a raised bed. What are the chances of success if I transplant such mature plants ?

Thanks

Mike

It's doable but I'd allow/leave plenty of soil around the roots. And, if you've done any amount of transplanting, you know any air left in the new hole is disasterous!
