Night Blooming Cereus

Can anyone tell me how to propagate from the leaves? I have one large leaf and one small one.

Thanks, mgood4u

All I do is stick them in the ground and keep moist. They root really easily. I have even taken the leaves and cut them into sections and rooted them that way.

You might want to wait a day or so after cutting the stems before sticking in dirt (kind of like when propagating cactus, jade, etc.). But it will work - i have TONS. Actually, when my aunt cut hers back, she MAILED me the cuttings - and it took me a week or so to stick in dirt - they are all doing great!

You can start them in a glass of water also. I have two rooted cuttings in a drinking glass in a south window right now with roots.
