custom-mixed growing media

Anyone want to give me a good cheap recipe for mixing my own medium for potting up bare roots trees ...this is the first year for selling trees and shrubs... Thanks

5 parts peat
2 parts sand
2 parts topsoil
2 parts shredded bark

6 parts peat
12 parts shredded bark
1.5 parts course sand

season to taste with osmocote, lime, super phosphate and crushed vermiculite with surfactant

Fine shredded pine bark works best.
