Is is possible to root hardy geraniums such as 'Rozanne' and 'Brookside' by layering? TIA for any help!

Have not had any luck with layering this plant.... cuttings of firm new growth with 0.1% IBA (rooting hormone) stuck in well drained soil & mist root in 10-30 days.

Thanks, George! I figured with all those stems sprawling around, layering would be an easy way to increase plants. Lol, shoulda known...that would be TOO simple ;) Cuttings it is, then!
