manettia inflata

maemae0312July 2, 2007

Does anyone know the best way to propagate manettia inflata? Mine didnt survive the winter this year so I bought another one. Was hoping to have it around again next year. I did put it in a propagation box. It has been there more than 2 weeks, still green but no roots.

Thanks

Mary

Use cuttings of firm new growth.. apply 0.1% IBA (rooting hormone) Stick in well drained soil & mist taking 15-40 days to root. (Use 3 cuttings per 10 inch container takes 12-14 weeks to sell.)
