Hakuro Nishiki

gardencrazy(6 Southern Ohio)August 12, 2009

I am trying to figure out if Hakuro Nishiki is a patented plant. I have searched and read a lot of information about it and I am starting to believe that there is no patent on it but thought maybe someone here could tell me for sure. A friend had bought this plant and she read the name (well spelled it) Hakuro Nishiki to me over the phone and I wrote it down but now she can not find the tag. I took cuttings and they have already rooted but I am wanting to make sure I did not do a "NO, NO".

Does anyone know?

Thanks for responding George. I had looked at that site but didn't know if I could actually rely on the info to be correct about the patent. So I am going to take it that you trust that info? I know a lot of people use that website. Surely if someone knew of a patent they would have put it on there?
