Has anyone rooted 'Red Baron' Photina?

Has anyone been able to root photina? If you did, please tell me how? I would love to start some!

Take cuttings of firm new growth. apply 0.8% IBA (Rooting hormone) stick in well drained soil & mist. Taking 30-70 days to root
