Need new tools

TNKS(7b)July 27, 2014

Time for new processing tools
What is a preferred(good quality) processor for powdering
dried pods in medium size batch's.?

Regular coffee/spice grinders dont seem to get'em(seeds and all) powdered fine enough(Mr Coffee brand etc)

Ninja myself. I remove the seed with a flower sifter. Why would you want them in your powder? Seeds do not like to grind up and really dont have any heat. You powder would be better without them.

Yeah, seeds can impart bitterness in your powder too. My little Mr Coffee works great without them. The last batch I made was even a little too fine. Need to remember to dial it back up a couple notches.
