is the best way to propagate Cotoneaster horizontalis? There's one out back that I'd love to spread around. Thanks for any info. Peg

I bet if you check, you'll find that many of the limbs that are touching the ground are already rooted. Just dig one up, cut it off of the mother plant, and replant it where you want.

If you don't see rooted limbs, the plant is VERY easy to propagate via layering or standard cutting techniques.
