I bet if you check, you'll find that many of the limbs that are touching the ground are already rooted. Just dig one up, cut it off of the mother plant, and replant it where you want.
If you don't see rooted limbs, the plant is VERY easy to propagate via layering or standard cutting techniques.
My local birds do a good job planting it in several locations around my yard. Al
