Above ground garden restoring

Hey everyone first post on here!!! Excited for this year season !! I need some help i have a 12'x3' and 10 " high above ground garden . With last years season was pretty good im looking forward to this years crop :c) i need help here

In restoring my garden for this year what do i need some compost and lime and fertilizer? Now I'm pretty new but am a fast learner so how much compost do i want to mix in? Also first time using fertilizer for this season . Just not sure on how much to add I'm also probably going to buy the compost this year and make my own for the next .Thanks for your info

Will you be growing veggies? If so, the veggie forum might be a good place to ask also. Be careful about adding substances like lime that can alter the PH.
