Strange orange habs

SoCarRob (Zone 7)August 12, 2014

I went to the grocery store and they had loose orange habs today. Among them there were a few that were or a different shape than what I remember habs were supposed to be, so I bought some. Do you guys think they could be some sort of a cross and if so what might you think they are crossed with?

Shaped like a scotch bonnet. Are they hot?

Yeah, they have some heat. Just funny shaped. Some in the bin were shaped like regular orange habs and a few were shaped like these. Nothing else like them in the store, so I don't think they were an accidental mix that happened in the store (possibly mixed at the supplier though).
