Bowl of Sport chiles, Big Jim, Las Cruces and ripe Ancho 101 Poblanos.

Right Side (from top)

Yellow Limo chiles and 2 giant Pepper Joe Cayennes

I'll be making some sauces today. Going to try to make some homemade rooster sauce!
