say farewell

Here it is upon us. No more leaves. Would be so nice if these plumerias we love would grow as tall as these palms. (hahahaha) Hoping the best for all the tender ones during the winter which starts on Saturday. roxanne

Well, winter may start on Saturday but Mother Nature didn't get the memo! A high of about 80 today and the kids are wearing shorts...no new growth on my plumies though :-)

Cheers!

Aloha Dan, how are you? Glad the kids are enjoying the heat. Sunrise was pretty this morning and I think we are getting a cool down. enjoy, roxanne

Roxanne - it was indeed beautiful. Took a quick photo on my way to work - pulled over on the side of the road of course! Already looking forward to next spring and the first set of leafs....it would be nice to have a small winter and a trip to the snow though. Makes you appreciate the warmer weather more.

Cheers!
