It is a rose. Seems like a miniature or floribunda.

Definitely a rose, and I'm inclined to think of oriental origins though the shot isn't much to go on. Can you say where you found it, and if possible post more pictures? Descriptions of size and habit (shrub or climber, lax or stiffly upright) of plant, flower scent, reflowering or not, hips set or not, photos showing details of leaves, buds, and prickles, are all useful.

If you can post more photos of the whole plant, leaves and bloom stages it might help. It's a lovely delicate little thing!
