Love Song

kittymoonbeamApril 4, 2013

The first blooms from Love Song. I like this color very much. I haven't smelled any fragrance yet, but the flowers are very large. Ht sized blooms in clusters. No idea how tall a plant this will be. They have a nice round bud.

Ooooh! Looks gorgeous! I got one but it'll be a few months before I see blooms, I'm afraid. Thanks for showing yours.

Here's a bloom in the last bit of light in the sky which shifted the color. I like this closeup which shows the interesting center structure.

Beautiful! I have been debating getting this one. It's on the list of one of the local nurseries I have a gift certificate for. I think I'll grab it!

All the flowers have been well formed so far and pretty large. I just took off the first faded ones in the clusters and the color held pretty well in high 70s-low 80s temps. I don't see how all the rest can open together if all the flowers come on that big. It's going to be a super bouquet. I thought they would be sized like Angel Face but they are big like Memorial Day.
