Poor little rose needs a name

GGardens(8)August 12, 2013

I planted this rose ages ago; as I remember it, it bloomed one year and then I never saw it again. This year I found a 4" stick attached to a root, so I nursed it and protected it until it bloomed. It is tiny like a miniture but it was a regular size bush that first year. The picture does not reflect its true color -- it is a lovely mauve color was a slight fragrance.

The size of the plant has nothing to do with it being a miniature. Only the size of the leaves and blooms are smaller, not the plant size. Is it a miniature? If so it could be Sweet Chariot.
