Hey all! I have a real mystery rose on my hands. I bought my house last year, and moved in August. It had been a rental for twenty years. While cleaning up a bed in front way overtaken with mint, I found this tiny foot long 1/4 inch wide stem that I recognized as a rose. Of course I staked it up because the bottom stem that it was growing from was about an inch and a half wide. Anyway, this year it has grown...alot. One stem is at least eight feet long! There is no sign of a flower anywhere still and with Fall fast aproaching I'm wondering what to do now. I'm very excited to see what it turns out to be, I'm quessing it must be a climber. Since I've never had one, what do I do now?
