Please help ID this coral-colored rose

Grows as a tall plant (not a climber, more of a shrub). Has a fuzzy yellow center. Grows in Washington, DC. Maybe a Lady Elsie May? Thnx!

I don't think it's Lady Elsie May. LEM is more pink than that. More pictures of buds and blooms would be helpful.
