I received in a trade- I couldn't wait for it to bloom. - it is so pretty! Thanks!
Can you tell us anything more about it? It's very lovely but without more info and pictures it's very hard to make a guess as to what it could be.
Is it scented?
it is scented. few thorns. Sorry I don't have a lot.
Just a guess, by just a visual, it looks like David Austin's Tamora.

That does look similar to Tamora, learn.
Hi jlee: It looks like Victorian Spice rose, an English Floribunda (it's on my buy-list). Your rose looks like Victorian Spice more so than Tamora (known for being very thorny). Victorian Spice smells sweet Damask, versus strong medicinal myrrh for Tamora. Below is a link to Victorian Spice.

On second thoughts, that can't be Victorian Spice (has outer ruffles). It looks more like Ann Boleyn, a David Austin peachy pink which is more hardy and stays pink. Victorian Spice fades to lighter pink in sun.

Tamora looks right- thank you!
