Roasting Long Green
I just spent some of my morning roasting long green chilies (Anaheims). Oh, the glorious smell.
Sadly, they are store bought, as I wait for my own chilies to finish growing.
Propane barbecue and I throw some soaked chunks of apple wood onto the fire for a bit of smoke. Fresh tomato salsa for dinner tonight. At least the tomatoes are from my own garden.
