This is first time I am growing rose from seeds.
Remy, your seedlings look really good! Do you know the parents?
No, I hope expert from gardenweb will help me to find out.
remy, they look wonderful! Where did you get the seeds from?
Thank you seil .I collect my own seed, some are from trade and some I bought from ebay
These two roses are about to bloom and look like they both are green roses.
A lot of white roses will have slightly green buds to start out with. Later when they open they get whiter.
Thank you for letting me know seil.this is first time I am growing from seed, so still learning .I will post pic when it is open
One of seedling opened today.its half orange and half yellow
Interesting color! It's hard to say anything on the first bloom because they can change as the plant matures. Wait and see what the next blooms look like and compare them. It's always a surprise!
2nd one bloom beautiful yellow big rose with strong smell.
Seil please let me know when plant grow it's 2nd flower after 1st one died?
Here is the side view
Oh, remy, it's lovely! Yellow doesn't turn up all that often in seedlings. Most of them turn out to be pink, I think. Fragrance too! I think this one might be a keeper!
First one fully bllom its peach color , but 1 petal is yellow green.
Hi Remy! I think it was you who I gave rosed to some years ago! Look at you, growing roses from seeds!!
Very cool, proud of you lady!
Congratulations! They are looking wonderful. I too will be starting roses from seeds. I hope mine turn out as well as yours.
Did you clarify and stratify the seeds you purchased? How long did you stratify them?
Lovely, Remy! I like that peachy color!
Thank you msjams. I really don't remember any of my trades. I did a lot of trade in past few years, but thank you again.
Thank you Valcine.
Yes I did clean the rose seeds, soak it in hydrogen per oxide and water mixture then did stratification for almost 3 months.
Third one bloom today
they are so precious!!! :)
thank you for the pictures. I love looking at tiny plants.
Great job, Remy! They're lovely and a nice range of colors. Will you be potting them up into large pots now?
Thank you. I am expecting to receive my seeds any day by mail and am gathering all the info I can while I wait. The coral of the third bloom is amazing!
You are so lucky!!!
They are so unique.
