malware alert on gardenweb

mstywoods(z5, Westminster, CO)July 7, 2013

Has anyone else been getting antivirus software warnings on the gardenweb site the last few days? My AVG keeps telling me it's found 'potentially active malware' on the GW site. I've never seen this happen before, so not sure what's going on.

I do believe something is going on. I was on a few web pages this morning and Norton warnings popped up. Can't remember exactly what it was. Will try to look through some of the log files.

I just updated my spybot and AVG (free version), and then ran both on my whole computer. Spybot only found a couple of things, and AVG just said it protected from 7 threats recently. Nothing else was found by either, so guess that's good. But yea, something is going on with GW because the popup warnings I've had have only been when I'm on this site.
