Geissorhiza--how much frost?

Andy_Japan(z9)September 5, 2003

Can this bulb take freezing temps every night (down to -5 or -6C or about 27F) in the winter? And can it take two rainy seasons--one in June-July, and the other, less reliable and much shorter one, in August-September?

I would say definately not, better so dig them up, dry off and store in a frost free place.
