Pinching back Greggi

ellieandethansmom(7)March 1, 2005

I am growing some Greggi and they keep getting too tall for the lights. As a result, I keep cutting them back but have noticed that they are branching out all over the place--is this going to cause a strange looking plant, or a more bushy one?

Are there any salvias that benefit from pinching back as seedlings?

I would say that it will not hurt them - tough plants.
