Yvonne's salvia

bugbite(z9a FL)March 30, 2013

Anyone grow these? I have them everywhere in my gardens in full bloom. It is so sad to have to thin them. A heart breaker. The most "giving", beautiful plant I grow. They thrive in the shade here, where the sun overhead gets more intense in Florida.

Here is a link that might be useful: yahoo pictures

I would love to get some seeds from you for next year. I used to have them, as well as other salvias, til at the beginning of this season my plot at the comm'y garden got over-turned/plowed under.
