So many roses... so little time....
The temps have been in the triple-digits most of the week, and I'm amazed at how many of the roses are loving it. Only a few fry out in the front yard where the sun beats all day, and a few here and there. But most of the roses are happy and blooming their heads off! And I'm trying to keep up with the deadheading so they'll repeat better. I haven't been as diligent in the past, so it's fun to see them blooming more this yr.
Here's a handful of them (hmm looks like I may have to do this over several posts):
BLUE WEDGEWOOD - this was a rose I got from a mail order catalog over 20yrs ago called "Colonial Garden Kitchens"
BROOKS RED - I dunno why they called it a "red"
