What WAS this Salvia??

jerseyearth(z6NJ)May 16, 2009

Hey all, from the Jersey Shore!

A few years ago, I had this red, wispy Salvia (not any of the bedding ones-- )that was tall and lanky and airy.

It reseeded 3 times in the garden that summer-- all the reseeding made full flowering plants...

What kind of Salvia could this of been? Coccinea?

Many thanks to all..

Pat
