Hollyhocks

inbirdlady(Z5)March 18, 2008

I didn't harvest a lot of hollyhock seeds last fall before winter hit. Is it possible to harvest and use these seeds that have been out all winter? If so, how do I go about doing this?

Sure it is. Just go get collect them and plant them : )
You can put them in pots or right where you would like them to grow. You should get sprouts once the weather warms. You might even get sprouts from ones that planted themselves over the winter too.
