Astrantia? It looks like it, including the grooves, the flat side, and the shape, but too fuzzy, from what I remember. If not, a relative, maybe? (Plant family Apiaceae?)

Queen Annes Lace.......Where I live ,,,those are considered to be a weed. Isn't that weird? They really are beautiful
at all stages of growing,I think

hmmm....the OSU Seed Biology program has daucus carota seeds and they still don't look the same.... the seed site doesn't have a picture.... i've planted it to see what comes up! i'll post another picture when i've got a seedling. thanks guys!
