Is it too late to plant hollyhock seeds?

it is never too late to plant hollyhock seeds. they are biannual I believe and will not flower until next year so get them into the seed trays and get them started.

I've started seeds and planted seedlings in the ground as late as September in zone 5. I would think in your zone you could grow them just about anytime.
