Peach and Apricot favorites

kathy9norcalJuly 13, 2011

I guess I have always tended to gravitate to these colors, more than the others.

Heaven On Earth opens like this, fades to pink then white

Honey Dijon, many shades on this rose, I like this the best.

Marilyn Monroe, a 10!

Pure Poetry has many looks, too.

Abracadabra, a favorite fleeting rose.

Day Breakers, very small blooms but hundreds at once.

Graduation Day, a mini

Alpine Sunset, a real winner IMHO.

Very beautiful roses, Kate! My favorite is Marilyn Monroe and Alpine Sunset. The latter has such subtle coloration, very lovely, I can see why you like it quite a bit!

Thanks for posting!

I love your Marilyn Monroe. The shape, the color - wow!! Both pictures are A-1.

I also love your Pure POetry with its lighter colored petals in the center.

Thank you!!

Yes! There is something about a rose that captures the delicate colors of a sunrise or sunset that is irresistable. Yummy pictures.
