Purple rain and Napifolia

ramazz(8a VA)August 11, 2007

I am having trouble telling these two apart - Verticillata "Purple Rain" and Napifolia. Can someone tell me what distinguishing characteristics to look for so that I don't end up mislabeling these plants?

Okay, well, I read online that purple rain has purple calyxes so I will look for that.
