Munstead Woods

I am in love with little guy! The smell is so lovely and the look of the blooms delicious! The morning sun is washing out the color a bit. It's much deeper in real life :)

Wow! That is really unusual looking. It looks like origami or something - nicely folded petals. Or like a poinsettia on steroids.
Beautiful!! - so intricate.
Wish I could smell it. :)

Munstead Wood is currently my favorite rose--and sounds like it is well on its way to becoming yours too. Doesn't it have lovely blooms! And very photogenic also! Love your pic.

At first bud I was a bit skeptical. It just looks so small and wimpy in bud form, then POP!! And I'm left perplex, thinking where the heck did it keep all those petals?! lol!
