Can someone identify this please.

I would like to know what this is. Sorry, I have a crappy camera. The first one is a picture of a "branch" off the bush. It is not woody. The leaves are kind of fern like. The second is a blurry closeup of the seed pod group. It is brown and the individual pods are swirled together kind of like a rose. The last one is a blurry picture of a single seed pod. Kind of like a bean pod. Thanks.

Someone posted similar photos on the Name That Plant forum not that long ago. I would try posting there. I bet a few of the posters remember what it was.

Looks sort of like common cosmos just from the seed pod and the fern-like foliage, but the pics are kind of blurry. Are the flowers purple / pink / fuschia? Here is a link to a great full-on picture so you can check it for yourself. http://uk.oneworld.net/imagecatalogue/imageview/26782/?RefererURL=/guides/bhutan/flowers

Here is a link that might be useful: common cosmos link
