The Shrub rose "Raspberry Ruffles" (Harness rose from 2007). Does anyone know a source for this rose in US--Ron

Those are gorgeous!! How sweet is that!!!
Sorry -- this is not a rose I would recommend to anyone. It's a groundcover/landscape rose in the nature of the flower carpet series. Canes are VERY lax and sprawly, it's not a good bloomer (unlike the flower carpets) and it doesn't get those white edges very often. More often the blooms go from barely open to gone in one day. That shot above is Heirloom's marketing shot, and I've never even seen a nice bloom like that on my rose, which I've had since 2008. Soon to be shovel pruned. Here's some pics from today:
Nearly open bloom:
Bloom one day old:
Whole plant, being held upright by a stake -- otherwise it's a floppy mess:
The one good thing I can say about it is that it is completely disease free here in Southern California.
Thanks Kathy--I was thinking about getting a plant next year but after reading your comments I've changed my mind.--Ron
