Minding My Ps and Qs

seil zone 6b MISeptember 2, 2011

Paradise, looking pale this hot summer.

Peace, a classic!

Pinocchio, so sweet!

Pope John Paul II, my best white but it does still ball occasionally.

Queen Elizabeth is such a great true pink rose!

Quietness is my favorite Buck rose. Every bloom is a picture!

Beautiful pictures! My Pope John Paul II is my best white as well...not too many disease issues and the blooms are HUGE!!!! Love Pinnochio too, I have lavender pinnochio, but its new this year and hasn't bloomed yet! Thanks for sharing! Your pictures always look so pretty!

Truly lovely pic of Quietness. How does this one perform for you? Some of the Buck pinks do brown readily.

Thank you, Inga.

Krista, thanks. Paradise is usually a deeper color with a red edge but in the heat it paled considerably.

Thansk, TNY. My PJP is struggling back from some bad winter damage and the blooms weren't as big this year. But it has been blooming quite a bit. Good luck with your Lavender Pinocchio and post a pic when it blooms!

Thanks, Jim.

Mantis, Of the three pink Buck's I have, Quietness, Rural Rhythm and Country Music, RR browns the worst and Quietness the least.

Ooooo, love the Pinocchio, Quietness, and Paradise, Seil. And Peace is looking very golden and sunshiney!

Mantis, Prince reminds me so much of my Maggie in the color and the form! I really enjoy Maggie too!
