What is this tree used to cover fences? Thanks
Can you turn the picture right side up? My first guess is Ligustrum or Viburnum.
A close up of a leaf might be helpful. And where is this located?
south louisiana. i took it with my phone and didn't realize it posted sideways. oops. i'm not sure how to turn it. it's not ligustrum or viburnum. i wish i had a closeup, but the neighborhood police patrol was looking at me like i was nuts and there was a car behind me that was annoyed by my slowing down.
i would like to use this same tree to put in front of my neighbors wood fence.
is it a laurel?
the topleaves are sort of yellow and it's definitely evergreen
with just the distant pic of the shrub and no close-up of foliage, my w.a.g. would be some type of euonymous.
if it is that, you probably don't really want it.
It is Sweet Viburnum (Viburnum odoratissimum).
