LSWL(east tennessee)August 1, 2013

I have a 3-year-old potted bougainvilla that has bloomed every year until this one. I cut it back in the fall and it lives in the garage all winter (since it is not winter-hardy in east Tennessee). This year the plant looks very healthy and green with abundant leaves, but only two tiny blossoms. What can I do to make it bloom again?
