planting uo hypertufa zone 3

ellenf2002September 27, 2010

i made tons of hypertufa containers and purchased and divided many plants to go in them(mostly semps and suculents as the troths are too shallow)

would it be a problem to plant them up now as opposed to next spring?

Hi ellenf2002,

I see you found the Hypertufa Forum. I think if they are going to be outside that the plants may not have enough time to settle in before the winter freeze and thaws.

You might also try asking at the link below too.

btw, if you will add your zone and location in your profile in the box provided for the garden zone, it will show on your Member Page and also automatically be shown whenever you make a post here on the Garden Forums. See I am zone 5/6 S INDIANA
