My bell peppers are very nice looking but seem to have zero taste. They are very watery tasting. Any ideas?
Usually that's from too much rainfall. They wind up tasting
like storebought which are sold by weight (so fattened up with water before picking).
Might also have something to do with certain minerals not being present or difficulties in absorption.
If rain isn't the issue for your area, try watering less frequently but more deeply.
