Wondering about screened sunlight?

keski(6)March 18, 2010

I'm hardening off some alpine berries and broccoli in my screen porch. Wondering if anyone can tell me how much the screen cuts down on sunlight? If I put them in the sunny spot, will they get too much sun?

The amount of sunlight reduced depends upon the screen.

The only way to know your particular reduction is to check with a light meter.
