Koi pond parrot feather plant

pat_cantonNovember 2, 2013

Currently my parrot feather plants are floating on my first year koi pond. Will the plants drop down in the water this winter so they don't freeze? How do I help them survive the freezing months?

Just leave them alone and they should come back. Ours come back every year and in my opinion are invasive. Scoop them out for the mulch pile. when you have too much. They make great free soil amendements.Kathy
