Early Blight??

descoutMay 14, 2012

I have noticed this forming on my tomoato plants. The lower leaves first and I keep removing them but it still seems to continue up the plant. It has been wet here and the plants were recently transplanted (3 weeks). Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks
