poison arrow/dart frogs

can you hold your frogs? I know they are not poisonis in captivity but are they too fragile to handle?

Poison Dart Frogs are too delicate and jumpy to handle. It puts a great deal of stress on them and they can absorb salts, oils and other contaminants from your hands. No amphibian is really a "handleable" pet. The dart frogs are so active during the day that it is much more enjoyable to watch them rather than hold them anyway.
