What plants have you tried?

Just curious- what is the most unusual or experimental thing you've successfully grown as a houseplant? Have you ever grown a 'perennial' as a houseplant?

most unusual or experimental thing, 'perennial'
LOL, those are all terms that have a great deal of interpretation! I've grown cp's which some folks would consider unusual but other wouldn't. Same can be said for my orchids, and ficus.

Many of the "houseplants" we do grow are perennials in their native habitat. Or do you mean things like lilies and tulips?

:)
